1. General provisions

1.1. This job description defines the functional responsibilities, rights and responsibilities of the surveyor engineer and line personnel during geodetic work. 1.2. 2. Qualification requirements

The surveyor engineer has the right: 5.1. Make decisions independently, coordinate and sign documents within your competence. 5.2. Pay attention to shortcomings and make proposals to improve the quality of construction and installation work performed. 5.3. Give engineering, technical and line workers mandatory instructions on geodetic support of construction work and elimination of violations during installation and formwork work. 5.4. Suspend construction work at sites carried out in violation of the geometric parameters of the project and the relevant SNiP requirements. 5.5.Receive from the management of the enterprise and demand from subcontractors and responsible managers of work at the sites the documentation necessary to carry out geodetic work. 5.6. Submit proposals to the management of the enterprise to encourage measuring workers for high-quality work and to impose penalties for violation of labor and production discipline. 5.7. Participate in meetings at which issues related to the activities of the geodetic service are discussed.

6. Responsibility

The surveyor engineer is responsible for: 6.1. For the timely and high-quality implementation of a set of geodetic works that ensure exact compliance with the design of the geometric parameters, coordinates and elevations of buildings and structures during their placement and construction. 6.2. Failure to enforce your functional responsibilities, as well as the work of employees subordinate to him on production and labor discipline, compliance with safety and fire safety regulations. 6.3. Inaccurate information about the status of geodetic work and its accuracy. 6.4. Inaction and avoidance of making decisions on issues within his competence. 6.5. Financial responsibility for the equipment and geodetic instruments entrusted to him.
