Last time, after ordering, they sent a link to a personal WestWing recall questionnaire, in which they asked what they liked, what they didn’t - in detail. I replied that the blanket was not quite the same as in the pictures. So they even called me to find out what exactly turned out to be wrong, they gave me a compensation coupon and, after listening to the wishes, said "we will definitely pass everything on, we will do everything." I already shed a tear. How. "Passed", "made". The same problems with an insufficient number of shots of pictures and with incorrect photos for objects have remained until now. And when this time she herself called to find out the necessary information on a set of 12 expensive wooden toys, for which there was only 1 picture (there can’t be only 12 sleds in the set, or maybe ?? that’s what I wanted to know), the tired operator rudely greeted, and then she said that until I place an order for this set, they will not find out any information according to the protocol !! So she asked: "What should I buy, a pig in a poke?" Almost for 4 tr. She replies that no one asks me to make an advance payment, and that I can always refuse the order. i.e. they frankly dumped the problem complete description on the shoulders of buyers. I'm lowering my rating!

But, no, I have never seen 70% discounts in Westwing, as well as, for example, 50%. But I didn’t buy it simply because my hand never rose, for example, to lay it out for bed linen, albeit extremely aesthetic, and from the most modern, best-in-use fabric, 19 tr. (3500 cheaper than everywhere else). Or 2500 r. for the original candlestick...

And almost always you pay for expensive shipping. I paid + 349 rubles for a plaid. to the price ... Nevertheless, the delivery is clear: they brought me a blanket even before the promised two or three, I don’t remember exactly, weeks. Yes, usually ordered goods have to wait somewhere for so long (several weeks), but such a scheme is a standard for services of this type. The order was confirmed only 1 time by phone, the date and time of the courier's arrival was chosen on the website, and no one bothered us until his arrival.

Remember that the Westwing site is very slow in Explorer, and browsing the product is inconvenient. The site looks good on google chrome. Plus, be more careful with the pictures of the goods: she herself called them twice about the inconsistency of the approximate frames of the goods with the general one; also, if there is only 1 picture for the product, be sure to examine it yourself on the network - my blanket ended up not quite the same as it seemed on their website (Indian motifs instead of Scandinavian asceticism).
