Sergey Alisov is an authority. The husband of the woman who hit the “drunk boy” is in prison for extortion, kidnapping and sexual assault. She did not contact Olga

From the first days, strange things began to happen with this case: first, the recordings from all the surveillance cameras in the yard disappeared, and then suspicious people started knocking on the doors of the witnesses of the accident. And at the end of the end, six-year-old Alyosha was made “drunk.” The expert found 2.7 ppm of alcohol in the child’s blood, which means that before the walk the child swallowed as if the universe were a hundred grams of vodka.

Delirium? Lapsus? Cruel intent? Any sane person would ask these questions. However, it’s not the investigator of the Balashikha Department of Internal Affairs Arinushkin, who is investigating this accident - it’s as if everything in this case is extremely clear to him.

Why did the blatant results of the examination receive attention from “above” after all the hype raised in the media? Who could need such a wild falsification of the materials of the deval? And if a banal misunderstanding happened, then whose fault was it?

It all happened on April 23 in the courtyard of a house in the Pavlino microdistrict, where Shimko lives. Six-year-old Alyosha and his grandfather were returning from a walk. A pensioner was carrying his grandson’s scooter, the guy was skipping towards his entrance. It was 17.56 on the clock, that is, not twilight, when you might not notice a pedestrian. And especially not an absolute night.

The Hyundai Solaris of 31-year-old Olga Alisova suddenly flew onto the road. Actually, he flew out - this is what eyewitnesses of the incident say. Here's what they subsequently posted on social networks (the authors' spelling and punctuation have been preserved):

“At a speed of approximately 60 km, she knocked down the boy, drove over him and dragged him from one entrance to another. We have a children's playground and a dead end there, no one has driven it in forever. However, she is non-local...”

“I dragged the child at a distance of two car lengths of parked cars. Behind her there was a dead end, from which the car accelerated. Actually dispersal, not movement... Immediately the brothers came from the mountains in large numbers, together with the police, they protected this madam from lynching!”

At that moment, Alyosha’s dad Roman Shimko was at home. He arrived at the scene of the tragedy about six minutes later.

When I came down, my son was no longer moving. However, in the explanatory note, she wrote that after the collision the child moved and showed signs of life. However, she did not even try to help him. Witnesses placed her son in the back seat of her car. And this Olga was always worried that her salon would not be stained with blood,” says Roman.

Point of tragedy. Photo: social networks
Even the ambulance, according to the child’s parent, was requested by random passers-by. They flew onto the highway and were able to intercept an ambulance passing by. However, the doctors could not do anything...

Did Alisova give any explanations at the scene of the accident?

She ratified that she was driving at the speed limit of 20 kilometers per hour. However, excuse me, at this speed the Hyundai Solaris won’t even hit the curb. And here the kid’s car ran over with both wheels. In addition, the witnesses all seem to say the same thing: she was not just driving around the yard, but at that moment she was also talking on the phone. Alisova came out of the car after the collision with a phone in her hands.

From the very beginning, truly mystical things begin to happen with this matter. For example, the accident was recorded by as many as three CCTV cameras - an unprecedented stroke of luck. The image of none of them appears in the case. Simply because it supposedly doesn’t exist.

One of the cameras was hanging at the entrance; information from it should go to the server of the “Harmless City” project. However, as if the responsible people from this structure told us, on the day of the accident this camera itself was not working. There were recordings from the day before the tragedy, the day after, and on April 23, due to some strange coincidence, the camera broke,” the father of the lost boy is indignant.

There was also a second camera hanging on the wall of the house; one of the tenants installed it in order to monitor his car. Just on April 24, the video surveillance device was dismantled. They cannot find the owners of the camera either; none of the tenants of the house admit that the device belonged to them. Why all of a sudden such secrecy? After all, in this way one can help in the investigation of the death of a child.

The cable from this camera leads to the basement, where, obviously, there is a server where the information is written. However, the housing office employees refuse to open the door to the basement, says Roman Shimko.

There is also footage from a camera on the store. However, not everything is so smooth with this video. Information on the server is stored for a total of four days, after which it is automatically deleted. When Alyosha’s father found out on the third day that the investigation did not request these photographs from the store, he tried to get them on his own.

However, since the recording was seized without a protocol, it will not be considered evidence in court. In addition, there is no direct moment of the collision in this video,” Roman comments.

The case was started 20 days after the accident. And the father of the lost boy was informed about this a month later. Apparently, the investigation decided that there was no need to inform him about such a “trifle.” And a few days ago Roman came to the police to find out if there was any progress in the case. They showed him the results of the examination, which did not fit into the pot. Alcohol was found in the child's blood - 2.7 ppm. The victim, as quoted from the examination, “at the time of death was in a state of intoxication that could correspond to a deep degree...”. At six years old!

Photo: social networks
“And the investigator did not hesitate to hand over this examination to me,” Roman’s voice trembles. - Now everyone writes that this is half a bottle of vodka. Not absolutely that much. Based on the son’s body weight, then 2.7 ppm corresponds to one hundred grams of continuous alcohol. However, where could they come from in the blood of my son, who even turned away from soda - he couldn’t stand it when the bubbles hit his nose?!

As if the investigator himself reacted to the fact that alcohol was found in the child’s blood?

Initially, it seemed to me that he himself was amazed at these results. However, in response to my request to lay re-examination, using blood samples from his son rear seat Alisova’s car, the investigator responded super-cynically: “I have no doubt that the samples will match.” And later they started asking me questions from the series: can alcohol be freely available in your family? Could the guy have something to drink in the refrigerator? That is, they led me to the idea that my son was drunk.. .

The examination of my son’s blood was not carried out here in Zheleznodorozhny, but was sent to the Vladimirsky Clinical Institute (MONIKI). The test tubes were probably replaced during transportation - after all, they were not signed, the father suggests.

However, after all similar option avoiding responsibility - the least intelligent. It’s easy to challenge the examination, yeah, and the results contradict common sense.

They failed to intimidate the witnesses - immediately after the accident at night some big guys were knocking on their doors. However, people were not afraid - everyone wrote statements. So they probably decided on a similar option. They probably hoped that we would not agree to exhumation.

Recite the material: The Investigative Committee stirred up a case of negligence due to the examination of the blood of a “drunk child”

Here it would not be redundant to explain that they generally carry out an examination of fatal accidents. Lawyer Alexander Meltsev, a former senior investigator for particularly serious cases of the traffic accident investigation department of the State Investigative Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, told MK about this:

Let me clarify right away - forensic experts do not go to accident scenes. Death states " ambulance", then the evidence is handed over to the police - an investigator is always present at the scene of the accident. He draws up a protocol, records visible injuries, body posture, contents of pockets, etc. After this, the bones are transported to the forensic mortuary, where an examination is carried out to establish the exact cause of death.

All injuries are identified - they are listed in detail, and tests are taken (blood, urine, pieces of fabric - always, this is part of the kidney). The laboratory assistant packs the biomaterials into test tubes, seals them and sends them to another expert institution - research is already being carried out there. The expert is warned of criminal liability for false imprisonment. After everything is ready, the prisoner is sent to the dead room and handed over to the investigator.

By the way, it is not very clear why exhumation is necessary in the case of the boy’s death - after all, some parts of the manufactures have been stored in the morgue for 10 years. In my opinion, in this case there could have been a technical blunder - the laboratory technician mixed up the tests. It has not been concluded that on that day biomaterials from several bodies were sent for research.

This means that it is quite possible to assume that the unfortunate ppm in the child’s blood appeared due to the notorious human factor. However, this does not make the situation any less shocking. Moreover, the investigation into the case is not progressing, and the alleged culprit is still walking free with impunity. Moreover, Olga Alisova did not show the slightest regret; she made an attempt to make amends by sending Alyosha’s parents a check for 50 thousand rubles two weeks after the accident. Naturally, he retreated back. Leading families suggest that this step was taken not out of good intentions, but for the sake of the court. To show that the person responsible for the accident compensated for the moral damage.

She didn’t get in touch with Olga?

A month and a half later, her lawyer called me and insisted on a meeting. I came to my senses. However, the Palestinian alphabet is for me to prove that the child himself is to blame - he turned onto the road and either fell there or squatted down. That's why she didn't see him. Alkay, all witnesses claim that this did not happen. In the end, I couldn’t listen to it - I retreated.

Moreover, the investigative experiment carried out proves that Alyosha was visible even from the back seat of the car.

This experiment is a different story. They took a similar “Solaris”, put people in it, asked a child with the same build as my son to take the same route. However, this experiment was not documented as necessary - that is, the investigators did not take photographs or video recordings. They simply acted out a scene... However, I was recording. Subsequently, the investigator asked me to provide him with this video. We certainly refused. We are trembling that in this case in court it will again be dismissed as if it was not completed according to all the rules.

The father of the lost boy really wonders that after the delin is transferred to the Investigative Committee, the investigation will be carried out properly. However, it remains unclear what all these oddities in the case were: the result of an oversight, negligence (the Investigative Committee has already stirred up the matter under this article, the expert is being interrogated) or a deliberate distortion of facts?

Moreover, Olga Alisova is not a simple young lady, even though she always works as a salesperson in a communication salon. In the media she is called the woman of “authority” Sergei Alisov. His criminal past has several similar episodes related to credit fraud and a gang of “black” realtors.

Alisov set out on a crooked path in 2010, when he was only 20 years old. Sergei joined a group whose members decided to kill lonely people and take over their apartments. The gang was formed in 2007 by 29-year-old Muscovite Natalya Gomonova and her partner named Novikov. Soon, a 26-year-old native of the Kursk region, Anatoly Kornyakov, joined them, and became the leader of this organized crime group.

However, the group gained real power when seven more people joined, including Alisov. At first, the attackers were busy applying for loans from different banks using fake documents. However, having gained 600 thousand rubles, the gang decided to move to a new level and turned its attention to single apartment owners.

The first victim of the bandits was a 41-year-old Muscovite, a single person and, unfortunately, an alcoholic. Gomonova came to her uncle in the guise of a newcomer who wanted to rent a room. The owner agreed to accept the guest. And she, seizing the moment, stole all the title documents for the apartment. Soon other members of the gang also got involved, actively getting the Muscovite drunk, and even managed to move him to live at a construction site, making him a watchman there. During this time, they bought an apartment for 6 million rubles, and registered the man in Kornyakov’s dilapidated house in the Kursk region. Then they took their victim there and killed him by cutting his throat.

One of the first to become homeless, and then dead, was a 55-year-old Muscovite who rented out rooms to everyone. A 27-year-old native woman was already living in one of the premises. Oryol region, and two gang members soon drove into another. Having established important relationships with the owner and the tenant, the attackers invited them to a gathering in the sauna, and they themselves were taken to the Lyubertsy zone and locked in the garage. There, the owner of the apartment was repeatedly beaten, asking him to sign documents for the apartment.

The thugs also abused the unfortunate young lady. Moreover, only two bandits harassed the young lady, one of whom was the same “authority” Sergei Alisov. By the way, by this time he was already dating Olga (at that time she was 24 years old). The gang was tied up actually because Kornyakov and Alisov, having mocked their victim to the fullest, fell asleep, and the owner of the apartment seized the moment, ran away and went to the police. As a result, all members of the organized crime group received long sentences, Kornyakov was imprisoned for 23 years. And Alisov went to an iron order colony for 10 years. He should be released only in 2020.

On April 23, six-year-old A. from the city of Zheleznodorozhny died under the wheels of a car in the courtyard of his house, where he was walking with his grandfather. But the story of the run-down child became sensational a few days ago, when the results of a forensic examination were made public: 2.7 ppm of alcohol was found in the boy’s blood. That is, according to the results of the examination, the child “at the time of death was in a state of intoxication, which could correspond to a strong degree.”

How it was

The tragedy occurred in the courtyard of the house. The boy was running across the road from the playground to the entrance. Next came his grandfather with a bicycle. The car that left the parking lot dragged the child several meters. When the boy was pulled out from under the car, he was still alive, but died before the ambulance arrived. Residents of the house witnessed the incident. One of the neighbors, Anastasia Kuznetsova, said that she saw the boy before the fatal accident while walking with his grandfather. “The boy was animated and in complete sanity,” she says, “and the driver, driving out of the dead end, gasped.” Then she got out of the car, looked at the bumper and went to call.”

The child's father, Roman, could not get a criminal case initiated for almost a month. Things moved forward only after he turned for help to Sergei Mironov, the leader of the A Just Russia party.

2.7 ppm as a catalyst for investigation

The most significant thing in this story today is that only the publicity of the “sensational” results of the examination made this tragedy socially significant and, paradoxically, gave impetus to an objective investigation of the case. The “drunk” boy attracted the attention not only of the public and all federal channels, which made varying degrees the adequacy of the talk show about the tragedy, but also the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, who promised to personally monitor the progress of the investigation in the case.

If the investigation is carried out dispassionately and objectively, then several key questions will be answered.

Question one: could Olga Alisova, whose husband Sergei Alisov is serving a 10-year sentence in a colony, have hit the child? strict regime for participation in the case of “black realtors”, influence the course of the investigation?

Over the past few days, some media outlets have managed to call Alisova the wife of the leader of the organized crime group. And it was this fact that most excited the residents of Zheleznodorozhny. Alisova began to receive open threats on social networks. The intensity of passions and hatred towards her reached such a level that the child’s father asked those who sympathized with his grief “not to be fooled by provocations.” Alisova herself said on a talk show: “My husband offered to help me, but I told him I’ll figure it out myself.” According to some reports, the woman accumulated 10 speeding tickets in a month.

Olga Alisova, already under investigation and having given a written undertaking not to leave the place, continues to work as the director of a communication salon. Some time ago, the parents of the deceased child received a transfer of 50 thousand rubles from her. The translation was immediately sent back.

Alisova herself, when asked by a Mash portal correspondent whether she believed that the child was drunk, replied that she did not know how such an examination came about.

One way or another, it is still unclear whether Alisova’s criminal marriage could have influenced the course of the investigation.

Question two: why did the recordings from all the surveillance cameras installed in the courtyard of the house disappear a few days after the tragedy?

The child’s father, Roman, claims that one of the cameras was hanging at the entrance; the footage is transferred to the server of the “Safe City” project. However, on the day of the accident this camera was not working, although there were recordings the day before and the day after. A private camera installed by one of the residents to monitor their car could also help the investigation. The day after the tragedy, the camera was dismantled, but it was not possible to find out who it belonged to. Data from the camera, apparently, could have been obtained from a server installed in the basement of the house, but housing office employees refused to let the child’s father in there.

In addition, according to documents management company, two “speed bumps” were allegedly installed in the courtyard of the house a long time ago. The yard was indeed hastily equipped with road signs, but a few days after the tragedy.

Question three: can we trust the expert opinion that the child was drunk?

The only official statement about the examination was made on Channel One by Mikhail Kleimenov, a forensic expert from the railway department of the Bureau of Forensic Medical Examinations of the Moscow Region.

“On April 24, I examined the boy<…>, whose cause of death was an injury received in an accident. I took blood from the body of the deceased, as well as biological objects - blood and bile. These objects were packaged, sealed and transported with a special police officer to the laboratory, which is located in MONIKI ( Moscow Research Institute named after M.F. Vladimirsky.N.Ch.). After receiving the results of the biochemical study, I had questions, and it was decided to clarify whether the blood really belonged to this boy.

We had two objects of this child. A medical genetic examination revealed that there is a 99.9% probability that both blood samples that were sent for examination belong to the same person. Along with the high concentration of alcohol in the blood, it also contained the substance acetaldehyde, which is formed under the influence of liver enzymes in a living organism. This suggests that alcohol entered the bloodstream during life. The concentration is quite high and refers to a strong degree of alcohol intoxication. In this case, it has been proven with a 100% guarantee that there is alcohol and that it entered the body during life.

All doubts can be resolved in one blow - by ordering a genetic-molecular examination in an independent center, even in the laboratory of the Investigative Committee, where they will examine biological samples from the mother and samples that I sent from the child. If they coincide on genetic level all questions must be unequivocally resolved.”

The child's father said that he and his wife took a DNA test to find out whether the blood in the test tube was the child's or a stranger's.

The Investigative Committee has already opened a criminal case based on the results of a strange examination (article “Negligence”). First of all, experts, as well as transporters of biological materials, may become involved.

Zheleznodorozhny collects signatures

A large-scale campaign to collect signatures was launched in the city last weekend; printed forms were distributed in stores, beauty salons, and post offices. The organizers of the collection of signatures, who created their own group on VKontakte, decided that “live” signatures would complement the petition posted on the Change.org platform demanding that the head of the Investigative Committee, Bastrykin, “punish to the fullest extent of the law all those involved in this tragedy.” More than 19 thousand signatures have already been collected.

Don’t you think that now in Russia, online, a terrible, cynical crime is being committed publicly? In almost 2 weeks, a scandal has erupted around the tragedy with the deceased Alyosha Shimko, an incredible amount has been said, but in the end it all comes down to the fact that “you shouldn’t break the rules traffic" And the more they talk about this topic, the more questions arise. Something like this simple: who did the woman who crushed the child call? Olga Alisova immediately after the accident? After all, eyewitnesses claim that she, seeing a sea of blood and little boy under the wheels of her foreign car, she immediately rushed not to call an ambulance for the child, but to call someone. To whom?

And then, who exactly came to that yard “on call” from Alisova? Why did you come? Is it not to “deal with” the CCTV cameras? After all, the records disappeared, and how can this be called a coincidence?

Next: who are the people obviously well known to Alisova who surrounded her shortly after the accident? Were it her husband’s friends or the “patrons” of this family who came to “clean up all traces”? Olga has a difficult husband. Although he is in prison, some of his “cool” comrades are free—not all of them were imprisoned then.

Sergey Alisov was convicted under three articles of the Criminal Code in the case of black realtors - “Illegal imprisonment”, “Extortion”, “Violent acts of a sexual nature” - and was sentenced to 10 years as a “severe”. Olga met him on the Internet when he was already in prison. He has about 2 years left to sit. Whether he has anything to do with what is happening now is a big question. Black realtors usually “work” in large groups and under serious cover.

Father of the deceased child Roman Shimko told reporters that in order for the examination to show a state of intoxication, his dying son could have been given an injection in the liver. That is, “pump up” a small body with a horse dose of alcohol. Rave? Yes, in this story, no matter where you spit, it’s complete nonsense! And this injection could have been done later. Or take a very simple route - pour a little alcohol into a test tube with the boy’s blood, which was taken for examination. Or, or...

The examination case is in the central office of the Investigative Committee. Today they took me from Balashikha. We will do another examination, and it’s not even about alcohol - the conclusion says that Alyosha died from a blow to his head, and not from his car being run over,— Roman Shimko wrote to me on VKontakte last night.

The investigation has the same version as Alisova - they say that the boy was running, tripped, fell, hit his head on the asphalt, and only then she ran over him, without noticing it, and dragged him for ten meters. This version seems to be working for everyone now.

For everyone except Alyosha's loved ones...

The Russian media is literally blown up, and everyone new day brings new “surprises”. After a second examination of the boy’s blood, it seemed that the situation had reached the height of absurdity. But no. Everything is leading to the point that they are about to start asking the following question: “Was there a boy?”

It is known that among doctors and comrades in uniform, like nowhere else, it is not customary to wash dirty linen in public. This is putting it mildly - they will crush you for being “one of their own”, they will get you off by any means necessary. It is also common not to admit one’s mistakes, much less crimes. Are we not now seeing an incredible tangle that there is simply no one to unravel? There is no such force - independent, powerful and fair. Everyone holds on to their precious butt, and everyone understands: if one “flies”, others will follow in a chain.

It seems that there is not a single adult left in the country who has not at least heard about Alyosha. This innocent, bright boy, having gone to Heaven, unwittingly became a kind of litmus test on which the sins of people and non-humans who continue to live are increasingly manifested.

There is probably no point in repeating the plot of this tragic farce. Over the past few days, an incredible amount has been written on this topic, the programs “Let Them Talk” and “Male/Female” were broadcast, in which everyone spoke: Alyosha’s parents, his grandfather, eyewitnesses, Olga Alisova, the parents of her criminal husband, forensic experts, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Investigative Committee, even State Duma deputies. But wouldn’t it turn out like this: they made some noise and forgot? Now many people want to promote themselves on this misfortune, but what then?

Roman, Alyosha’s father, behaved and continues to behave very dignified throughout these endless interviews and talk shows. Like a real man and a real officer. He doesn’t attack anyone with his fists, he doesn’t insult anyone with words or intonation. He refuses the money they are trying to give him from Alisova. Roman is ready to fight for the honor of his son to the end. And so that the perpetrators are punished as they deserve. Every single one of them is guilty. One can only guess how many there are...

On the one hand, there is an absolutely sober, strong, friendly military family, in which Alyosha’s parents and grandparents constantly looked after Alyosha, watched his every move, loved and spoiled the baby. So that day he was “under the supervision” of his loved ones.

On the other hand, there is Alisova, who has already been caught lying more than once on the same talk shows.

First, forensic experts “drew” the hollow of a drunken child (the forensic expert signed these documents Mikhail Kleymenov, about which interesting details have already appeared on the Internet - they say that he has previously issued dubious conclusions). When the scandal began, a commission was created that carried out a second examination. There were 6 experts in this commission, including an expert from the ECC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Alexander Podmarkov. He put his signature on the final results. The commission wrote in its conclusion that the samples containing biomaterials were no longer suitable for research. So what should we do now? Not only was the child’s life taken away, but he was also disgraced?

Maybe, in order to “rehabilitate” Alyosha, it is really necessary to do an exhumation, which will show that the baby did not drink and could not even accidentally take a sip of alcohol? But Roman believes that there are already enough opportunities to prove this.

In general, this is a very scary procedure for the loved ones of the deceased - exhumation, because they must be close to the experts. What will happen to them if Alyosha’s mother loses consciousness every now and then, and his father, although he tries his best to control himself, wipes his eyes at the mention of his son - tears constantly break through the “armor”? Will they agree to this?

Yesterday morning, June 23, it became known that the criminal case initiated a week ago under the article “Negligence” was withdrawn from the Investigative Committee in the Moscow Region.

— The case was transferred to the Central Investigation Department of the RF IC,— said Roman Shimko. - They will investigate there now. After everything that happened this week, and after all the statements, I will insist that this case be reclassified from “Negligence” to a crime “committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy”... I really hope that it will not come to exhumation.

There is no alcohol in the dead child’s urine, his oral mucosa and respiratory tract are not burned by alcohol, but where the alcohol came from in the boy’s blood is a big mystery. The dose of “detected” alcohol (2.7 ppm) is lethal for a six-year-old, it’s scary to think - half a liter or close to that! As experts say, if Alyosha had drunk so much, he would have died immediately or fallen into a coma, and would not have run joyfully to the playground in front of his grandfather, who was pushing his grandson’s bicycle.

Both Roman and his wife Elena are officers who honestly serve their Motherland. Will the Motherland say “thank you” to them, at least by naming the names of those who cover up the criminals, or are themselves involved in this disgusting story? Unanswered question.

And finally: with current technical (fantastic!) capabilities, it is possible to unravel the most complex criminal tangle. There would be a desire.

Today, Moscow region investigators detained 31-year-old Olga Alisova, a defendant in the high-profile “drunk boy” case, for violating the recognizance regime. According to version law enforcement agencies, it was Alisova who hit and killed six-year-old Alexei Shimko in Balashikha and dragged him several meters under the bottom of the car. Who is she - the wife of a crime boss or a simple car enthusiast who was in the wrong place at the wrong time? “360” tells what is known about the notorious resident of the Moscow region.

First lady of the organized crime group

As Moskovsky Komsomolets reported, Olga Alisova works in one of the cellular communication stores as an ordinary salesperson. At this time, her husband Sergei Alisov is serving a ten-year sentence in a maximum security colony. The man was a member of an organized criminal group (OCG), whose members committed a lot of crimes. At first they applied for loans from banks using forged documents, but soon found new level. The bandits became “black realtors” and began killing single people, then appropriating their apartments.

Alisov's case also included charges of rape. Moreover, at the time of the crime he was already meeting with his future wife, who was 24 years old at the time. As a result, all members of the organized crime group received large sentences. Alisov went to jail in 2010.

Sergei's father Alexander works as a mechanic in the Moscow metro. He told the REN TV website that his son went to prison due to his youth and stupidity. At the same time, there were never any special connections or big money in their family. Before the accident, Olga lived with her husband’s parents, worked a lot and paid off a loan for a Hyundai Solaris, with which she later hit Alyosha Shimko. The mother of the alleged crime boss does not work due to disability and stays at home with her granddaughter. Alisova is originally from small town Balashova in Saratov region. The couple did not have time to buy their own home.

Was the boy drunk?

It was with the “authority” of Alisova’s husband that the public associated the surprisingly mild reaction of law enforcement officers to the fatal accident. The accident occurred on April 23, but a criminal case into the incident was opened 20 days later, and the father of the deceased Alyosha Roman was informed about it a month later.

The media wrote that immediately after the accident, recordings of the accident disappeared from all surveillance cameras in the yard, then extremely suspicious people began to visit the witnesses. The biggest oddity was the results of the forensic examination, which showed the presence of 2.7 ppm of alcohol in the child’s blood, which would knock an adult man off his feet.

The fact that the boy was allegedly drunk at the time of the accident confused everyone involved in the case, but not the investigator of the Balashikha Department of Internal Affairs, who did not comment on the results of the examination and their possible falsification. The father of the deceased boy said that the alcohol in Alyosha’s blood was a hundred percent mistake.

“The child didn’t drink, I don’t drink, my wife doesn’t drink. The grandfather with whom he was walking does not drink for medical reasons, he should not drink,” he told both investigators and journalists.

The doctors were also surprised by the results of the examination. According to the head of the department of forensic medicine of the Sechenyi First Moscow State Medical University, Yuri Pigolkin, such a drunk child simply would not be able to stand on his feet. Within a few minutes of drinking alcohol, he would experience all stages of alcohol intoxication, and then fall into a coma. Narcologist Oleg Stetsenko, in turn, said that there are several versions of alcohol getting into the blood. These include simple carelessness - for example, experts mixed up samples or forgot to wash the device, and the introduction of alcohol through a syringe into the child's body after his death.

Despite the scandal that broke out, forensic expert Mikhail Kleimenov, who took the samples and signed the report, continues to insist on the absolute reliability of the research results. “I am an expert, a professional in my field, I am honest. I cannot imagine what purpose a person could pursue who would want to engage in falsification in such a case. If this does not affect the severity of the guilt of the person who committed the accident, then who benefits? No to me, no to the investigator. And to whom?” - he declares.

“It’s hard for me too, I’m a mother myself”

Olga Alisova's lawyer Natalya Kurakina stated during the proceedings that the boy did not die from a collision with a car. In her opinion, the child himself fell under the car and received some of the injuries as a result of the fall. The injuries received during the accident were not fatal. "The death was caused by some other action that followed the collision," she said.

Kurakina also stated that Alisova simply did not have time to notice Alyosha, who himself threw himself under the wheels of her car. Therefore, the woman allegedly did not have time to press the brakes and avoid a collision with the child.

Alisova herself hardly commented on what happened. According to Gazeta.ru, some time after the accident, she stated that she did not believe the results of the examination, which made the boy “drunk.” The woman also apologized to Alyosha’s father and offered him 50 thousand rubles, which the family of the deceased child returned to her. Two months after the fatal accident, Alisova again offered condolences to the boy’s parents and stated that she was not afraid of possible punishment.

“Forgive me if you can. It’s hard for me too, I’m a mother myself and I’m also worried with you. I know that you won’t forgive me. Don’t forgive me, but please accept my condolences. If guilt is proven, I’m not afraid. I haven’t seen him “I’m not scared, because I already have the main punishment, it will be with me until the end of my days,” Olga Alisova.

Whether the friends of Alisova’s husband, who are authoritative in criminal circles, really help the woman hush up the case and drop the charges is an open question. Alyosha’s parents hope that investigators will be able to restore all the problems in the story with the mysterious ppm that inexplicably appeared in the examination results. Multiple theories only say that the case of the “drunk boy” will be discussed for a long time on the pages of publications and in social networks. The court will put a final point in the case.
