Step 1: Stand or Case

It consists of many stages and requires compliance with a number of special criteria: pressure, temperature, the use of additional substances such as nitrogen or hydrogen. At home, you can make the so-called neon liquid, whose characteristics are identical to neon - it also shines in the dark with a bright blue light.

In order to prepare the so-called neon liquid, prepare a half-liter bottle of Mountain Dew. You can buy this drink in the nearby large hypermarket. You will also need hydrogen peroxide and baking soda.

Mountain Dew carbonated drink contains ingredients such as sodium benzoate, gum arabic, sodium citrate, carbon monoxide, and esters. Some of these substances are used in huge chemical laboratories.

Carefully add one-fourth teaspoon of baking soda through the neck of the Mountain Dew bottle.

Pour the gas-water out of the bottle, but not one hundred percent: leave about a quarter of the volume of water.

Pour in the hydrogen peroxide. 3 bottle caps will be enough.
