Andromeda fire station. Basic monitoring equipment. Program modules and additional functions

To create a comprehensive protection of the building, it is not enough to have only equipment for video monitoring: there must also be software that manages all elements of surveillance. Among the Russian control complexes, the security system with a wide range of action Andromeda stands out, which has various functionalities in its set. The main distinguishing characteristics of Andromeda is the ability to operate on equipment from different manufacturers, as well as the ability not only to manage all video control and protection mechanisms, but also to alert and monitor the situation at the facility.

Characteristics of the security complex and features of the functions performed

Andromeda is practically a whole software package that includes a different list of functions and additional features. The main distinguishing characteristics of the system are:

  • Manufacturability and practicality;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to various equipment options;
  • Functionality and convenience of the interface;
  • The speed of data reception;
  • Creation of charts;
  • Reporting;

  • Monitoring and sending reports to the security console.

The security system is designed taking into account the expansion of the number of connected devices. This avoids the need to replace the software with a newer one, and also, thanks to the functioning through the network, it becomes possible to update automatically, without the intervention of specialists. Thanks to a simple Russian-language interface, managing the program is easy.

Program modules and additional functions

The average warranty period for all equipment provided by the company is 4 years. The company's specialists perform adjustment and further warranty service.

Andromeda security complex includes the following modules:

  • Settings manager;
  • setup program;
  • Personnel Management;
  • Processing events and notifications;
  • Object management.
In the picture - the program modules and the settings window

Each module of the program performs clearly defined functions. Observation of objects is carried out from one central control room, equipped with a monitor, which displays events from all video cameras installed in different rooms.

The central control allows you to zoom in and out of an object, making it possible to see even the appearance of a visitor or a car number.

The Andromeda software coordinates hardware from multiple locations at the same time, however this requires a LAN connection.

Software

Andromeda Security Center is the most widespread professional monitoring software in Russia.

Andromeda Security Center allows you to work with monitoring stations from different manufacturers, which increases system flexibility and reduces costs.

It is possible to build distributed notification processing systems by combining several consoles into a single network. Thanks to this, several consoles are controlled from the Unified Dispatch Center.

Andromeda Security Center

The Security Center is a software that provides a solution to the tasks of receiving, registering and processing notifications from protected real estate objects.

50 OBJECTS FOR FREE

Andromeda Security Center, free edition for 50 objects

The starter edition is a working product without feature limitations. Thanks to the starter edition, security companies starting their activities can minimize costs.

To get the starter edition, just download the Security Center from cnord.ru. The transition to the version of the Security Center with a large number of objects is carried out by installing an electronic security key. In this case, reinstallation of the software is not required.

Alarm Handling Scenarios

When processing the alarm, the operator registers actions using the software: a call to the object, the call and arrival of the group, the decisions made and the reasons for canceling the alarm.

The security center offers the operator more. When working out a fire alarm, it is required to perform actions different from the actions performed when working out the panic button. By linking alarms and recommended actions, Security Center allows the operator not to miss the really important things.

If an alarm occurs due to a technical malfunction at the facility, the Security Center allows you to turn it off for a limited period of time, after which the Security Center will remind you of the malfunction if it has not been eliminated by that time.

Reliable data storage

The Security Center stores data in a modern Microsoft SQL Server DBMS that meets the most stringent requirements for reliability and performance of such products.

A well-thought-out backup system allows you to save data in any situation and in case of any failure.

All editions of the Security Center work on a single software platform designed for a large number of objects and events.

Receiving events from most remotes

Altonika

Proxima

There are no technical restrictions on the number of consoles simultaneously connected to the Security Center. It is possible to connect object equipment directly to the Security Center, for example, equipment operating via GSM (GPRS) or Ethernet.

Fault monitoring

With the help of the Security Center, you can free the operator on duty from the need to monitor typical malfunctions at the facilities. For example, if 220 V is not restored at the facility within a specified period of time, the Security Center will automatically create an alarm and require the operator's response. The same applies to temporary failures of communication channels at the facilities - the operator does not need to independently control their restoration: the Security Center will perfectly cope with this task.

Detailed description of objects

If the Security Center is used, then no information about the objects will be lost: each object can be described in the most detailed way: from the name to the note, through separate lists for sections, loops and those responsible. If some field is missing, it can be added, such an opportunity is also provided.

In the Security Center, information about objects is actively used: the operator immediately sees the names of alarm loops or the name of the person in charge who performed the removal; the same information can be included in the SMS message to be sent by the RRT.

Working with reports

The reports supplied with the Security Center allow everyone to get the necessary information. So, the operator on duty can view the received events and alarm processing or print a report on the shift to be handed over.

The database administrator, using reports, controls the filling of object cards, and line engineers receive information about false alarms and loss of signals from objects. The management link evaluates the performance of operators, RRT and engineers, creating appropriate analytical reports.

Entry via alarm

A security tactic is common, in which the disarming of an object is always done through an alarm. The security center offers a convenient and safe solution for such objects, which allows not to distract the operator for the analysis of alarms that are about to be removed, but at the same time immediately draw his attention to situations that require intervention.

Networking

With an increase in the number of objects, one computer is no longer enough: the operator must respond to events coming from the objects, the database administrator must create new objects and make changes to the cards of existing ones, and engineers must print reports on false alarms. Thanks to the ability to work in a local network, the Security Center allows all

perform these actions simultaneously on computers on the network.

on different

Display of objects and RRT on the map

The ability of the Security Center to display disturbing objects and the location of the RRT on the map of the area allows you to visualize the operational situation and significantly simplify decision-making for the operator: he simply sees what is happening.

Sharing objects between operators

When there are really a lot of objects, the efficiency of the work of one operator on duty decreases significantly. But a simple increase in the number of operators will not solve the problem: after all, each of them will work with the same, very large amount of information. The security center allows you to divide information flows between operators by allocating their own range of object numbers for each of them.

Import data from common programs

Import is possible from the programs Guard, CSM32, Andromeda 1.x-2.8.

5 Design and operation of the SPI

5.1 Principle of operation.

5.1.1 The system can work simultaneously both via telephone lines (from 2 to 4 lines) and via radio channel (from 1 to 2 channels).

5.1.2 The transfer of information occurs when the state of the on-site device changes. Messages from the control panel are transmitted in the form of a digital message encoded in a specialized format. The received message is decrypted by the central station processor, and then processed by the monitoring program and output to the printer. Simultaneous output of information to the software and the printer makes it possible to exclude the loss of information in case of any malfunctions in the monitoring program.

5.1.2 Depending on the type of on-site device and its service capabilities, information about the state of the object is transmitted to the central station. PPC systems can transmit a wide range of information:

Arming (with an indication of the user who armed);

Disarming (indicating the user who disarmed);

Partial arming (with indication of the user who armed);

Intrusion alarm (indicating the zone number);

Fire alarm (indicating the zone number);

Panic button (indicating the zone number);

Absence and restoration of power supply 220V;

Discharging and restoring the backup battery;

Opening and closing the body of the device;

Automatic test message;

Checking the functionality of the telephone communicator and radio transmitter;

5.1.3 From 8 to 96 loops can be connected to the control panel, depending on the type. The number of loops is increased using zone expanders. Arming and disarming of the device is carried out by the user directly at the facility using an electromechanical lock by turning the key or using the keypad by entering a personal code. The object becomes and disarms automatically without the participation of the central station personnel.

5.1.4 Passive detectors that have closed or open relay output contacts are connected to the control panel.

5.1.5 The software of the base unit of the central station receives and displays on the screen all the information that is transmitted to the central station by on-site devices.

5.1.6 The base unit emits a sound signal of different tone and duration in accordance with the type of message received. An indication of disturbing, armed and disarmed objects is given. The program provides for the operator to work out alarms from objects. All incoming events are automatically recorded and archived, as well as the actions of the operator to handle alarms. It is possible to generate reports on various parameters of the system operation.

5.1.7 The printer works in the mode of continuous printing of messages received by the central station (even when the monitoring program is not running). Each received message is printed with the object identification number and the arrival time. The following is a description of the string printed when a message is received.

5.2 Work on telephone lines.

5.2.1 To work via telephone lines, the facility equipment and the central station are connected to telephone numbers of a city or local exchange.

5.2.2 The object device transmits messages in accordance with its functionality and the program entered into it. The installer determines which instrument status changes will be reported to the central station.

When any of these states changes, a message is sent to the central station.

5.2.3 Before dialing the telephone number of the Central Station, the PPC communicator checks for the presence of a tone signal in the telephone line. If there is no tone, the PDA communicator will disconnect from the line and then reconnect.

5.2.4 After detecting a tone signal on the telephone line, the PDA communicator starts dialing the programmed first central station number. The dialing method - pulse or tone, is determined using software settings in the PPC itself.

If the control panel is connected to the number of the local exchange, it is possible to enter additional digits to access the city exchange.

5.2.5 After dialing the number, the control panel waits for a permission signal from the central station to send a message. Having received the permission signal, the PPK communicator transmits a digital coded message. Reception of the message is confirmed by a signal from the central station. After that, the message is considered transmitted.

5.2.6 PPC communicator after dialing a telephone number has the ability to determine the signal "Busy". In the case when the dialed number of the central station is busy, or if the central station does not answer (the exchange worked incorrectly), the communicator of the control panel dials the next programmed number.

5.2.7 PPK provides for the possibility of connecting a telephone set to it, which can be used as a regular local or city number. In the event of an alarm or other event, the PDA Communicator will disconnect the line, even if it is currently busy, and automatically redial the central station.

5.3 Work on the radio channel.

5.3.1 To operate via a radio channel, a transmitter with an antenna is connected to the control panel, and radio units and antenna-feeder devices are connected to the central station.

5.3.2 When operating over a radio channel, only the PAF format is used, in which all control panels of the system can transmit information.

5.3.3 The on-site device transmits messages in accordance with its functionality and software settings. The installer determines the types of messages sent to the CA. The types of messages transmitted to the CA are determined by the installer in agreement with the client

When the state changes, the control panel turns on the transmitter, and the message is transmitted to the central station via the radio channel.

5.3.4 The message transmission algorithm depends on the type of control panel and the software settings entered into it. The PPK transmitter transmits a message a certain number of times with pauses between them.

5.3.5 The central station issues a message to the printer and software only once. Repeated messages are ignored.

5.4 Use in the system of on-site devices that are not part of the SPI.

5.4.1 On-site devices with a built-in digital communicator can transmit messages to the central station via a telephone line. In this case, the central station will receive all the information that the service capabilities of each panel allow to transmit.

5.4.2 To operate over a radio channel of this type of control panel, an object unit (transmitter) TR-100 Stand Alone is required. The information output contacts of the PPK relay are connected to the transmitter inputs. The transmitter transmits a message about a change in the state of its inputs indicating their number, i.e. when the relay contacts on the control panel are triggered. Thus, general information about an alarm or malfunction from the object is transmitted via a radio channel, and detailed information about an event is received via a telephone line.

5.4.3 Any fire and security devices that have relay output contacts can be interfaced with the central station using TR-100 Stand Alone (transmission of information only by radio) or on-site device BO-5RT (DLR-100) (messages can be transmitted via radio channel and telephone line).

6 Arrangement and operation of the components of the SPI

6.1 The design and operation of the SPI components are presented in the technical documentation supplied with the incoming and purchased products (See clauses 1.2, 1.3).

7 Diagnostic and control system

7.1 SPI "Andromeda" has a comprehensive system of diagnostics and testing.

7.2 The central station monitors the state of its telephone lines.

7.3 Sets the time during which the "Event Manager" module of the software must receive at least one message from the processor of the central station. If there is no message, the software will display the message " Anxiety. Event timeout exceeded»

7.4 The software controls the receipt of signals from objects. Control time is set individually for each object in the "Object Manager" module. If there is no message, the software will display the message " Anxiety. Control event not received».

7.5 On-site devices can perform testing functions both in manual mode and automatically according to the installed program.

Availability of main power supply 220 V;

Backup battery voltage;

Status of zone loops;

The state of anti-sabotage loops;

Communication with the keyboard;

Telephone line status (presence of a tone signal);

Control of a loop of an electronic key of arming/removal;

Voltage control of additional power outputs 12V;

Control of information reception by the central station via telephone line;

Program settings of the device;

Control of the parameters of the microprocessor.

7.6 Object devices NORD-8/16, NORD-8K, NORD-8/16N, NORD-8/96 with a connected two-channel transmitter TR-100, as well as an object unit (autonomous transmitter) TR-100 SA can work with the central station in dual channel mode. For this, a variant of the CS base unit with a CMS-420 processor with two radio inputs is used, i.e. two radio units operating at different frequencies must be installed at the central station.

When these devices operate in this mode, messages about arming and (or) disarming and a test message about the normal functioning of the facility equipment are transmitted at one frequency. In the event of an alarm at the site or a malfunction, the transmitter automatically switches to another frequency to transmit a message. Thus, alarm messages are transmitted via a dedicated communication channel, which significantly increases the stability of the system. The recommended frequency spacing in this case is 500 kHz - 2 MHz.

The time interval through which test messages are transmitted is programmed directly by the user of the system. The sending time between two test messages is set in minutes. The program monitors the frequency of receipt of test signals from the object and, in case of failure to receive a message from the object in time, issues an alarm signal to the operator on the computer. This allows you to constantly monitor the state of the object (the integrity of the antenna, cable, control panel).

In the TR-100 SA transmitter, for each type of event, the frequency at which the message will be transmitted can be set. The time interval for the test message can also be set in minutes.

Thus, we get the so-called “line control”, and at the same time we do not lose the radio channel's ability to receive alarm information, since it is free from background test signals. The software displays on the computer screen only a violation in the schedule for receiving a test signal from an object.

7.7 The functions described in clause 7.6 allow monitoring the communication channel simultaneously with the transmission of alarm/service information.

8 Software

8.1 Software (software) "Andromeda" runs under the operating systems Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT. The Andromeda software is designed to serve a large number of objects (> 1000) with the mandatory separation of operator functions, but it is quite possible to use it when servicing a smaller number of objects. In this regard, the following features of the system should be noted:

8.2 The software is divided into independent functional parts (modules), each of which is designed to solve a specific task. This, on the one hand, allows you to protect each module as much as possible from the possible failure of another, and on the other hand, allows you to install each module on a separate network computer.

8.3 The software is designed to work in a network that supports IPX/SPX compatible protocol. Thus, changes made in the SPI on any computer on the network are immediately applied to all software modules running on the network.

8.4 The rights of the system operator are determined in relation to a specific action in a specific system module. Thus, operator access levels are implemented both to the program as a whole and to its individual components, for example, it is possible to restrict operator access both to the entire “Object Manager” module, and only to the function of editing the object security schedule.

8.5 The CA allows receiving and processing events from control panels with built-in communicators (digital message transmission units - specialized modems). Depending on the type of control panel, its functional and service capabilities, it is possible to receive certain information about the state of the object from the control panel. Most PDAs can transmit a wide range of information. For example, a specific user who has armed or disarmed an object; place (zone number) of alarm or malfunction (break, short circuit); partial arming of the object with indication of unguarded zones and much more. Thanks to this, the operator on duty has the most complete information both about the state of the object (armed, disarmed, alarm, etc.) and the technical condition of the equipment (battery is discharged, there is no 220V, the telephone line is faulty, etc.) .).
