Range of steam equipment

Modern heating systems use various types steam fittings, each of which has its own characteristics and purpose.

  • Steam traps. This type of equipment provides automatic removal of water generated during heat exchange between media or during heating of the pipeline system, which causes steam to transform into liquid.
  • Condensate pumps. The task of these steam fittings is to pump a vaporous medium in the event of a lack of electricity. The condensate temperature is allowed to exceed the level established for centrifugal pumps.
  • Safety valves. Such fittings ensure the release of excess steam or other working fluid through the nozzles in order to protect the pipeline, boiler equipment, containers and other elements from damage by high pressure.
  • Shut-off and control valves. This type of steam fitting provides control certain parameters working environment. For example, it can be used to control and change the concentration, temperature, pressure or flow of substances in any section of the pipeline.
  • Check valves. Such fittings perform, first of all, protective function. Design features allow it to prevent the formation of reverse steam flow in the pipes, which can lead to an accident in the heating system.
  • Ball valves. This type of steam fittings is used to block the flow of the working medium in certain areas of the system. As a rule, the device operates only in two modes, providing for complete closing or opening.

Control valves are used to regulate steam flow in systems automatic control technological processes, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Most of the control valves supplied by our company are equipped with Sauter electric actuators of the AVM234, AVF234, AVN224 series. These drives are truly revolutionary in terms of the technical solutions used in the design. The drives have a built-in electronic control, automatically calibrating the stroke of the rod when installing the actuator on a specific valve, three speeds of movement of the rod, mechanism fast connection actuator stem with valve stem, multi-level LED indication of the current actuator state, as well as the ability to select from several types of control signals within just one actuator model.

We offer control valves manufactured by the Swiss company Sauter and the Japanese company TLV for wide range applications. As an official partner and direct supplier of valves, we provide selection of new valves and technical support for discontinued valves.

In addition to traditional control valves, we offer special combination control valves TLV series CV-COS for steam, with built-in filter, cyclone separator and condensate drain.

These devices are unique in terms of combining several important functions in one device and sometimes irreplaceable, especially in systems with limited overall dimensions and/or high requirements to steam quality.

Below are some of the main characteristics and internal design features various types valves

Control valves VKRP (for steam) with electric drive are used to change the flow rate of working media in a liquid or gaseous state, including water, water vapor and air, which flow inside pipelines for various purposes. In this case, the working media must have non-flammable, non-toxic and explosion-proof properties and create a pressure that does not exceed 2.5 MPa and a temperature of up to +220°C.

The valve design consists of a body with a cover, a gasket, a plunger, and a unit that seals the rod. The valve is controlled by an actuator electric type with a manual override. For the manufacture of the valve body are used different materials, which depends on the operating conditions: gray cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel. The cover on the body is made of carbon steel or stainless steel. Stainless steel is used for valve elements (seat, disc, plunger, stem). Used as rod and valve seals EPDM + PTFE, PTFE . The delivery set includes a valve, actuator and technical documentation.

· lowest permissible temperature value of the medium passed through: +5°С;

· the highest permissible temperature value of the medium passed through the valve: +150°C and +220°C;

· construction length indicators – from 130 mm to 730 mm;

· valve weight – from 6 kg to 206 kg;

· average service life – 5 years;

· type of connection to the pipeline – flange.

Operational requirements for the external environment:

· extreme permissible temperature values ​​– from +1°С to +40°С;

Shut-off device for energy systems - solenoid valve for steam with reinforced design, type SL5575. High pressure piston solenoid valve up to 75 bar type SB5592 is used to control processes in steam pipelines and heating installations - boilers, boilers. Shut-off electric valves are widely used for steam generators at temperatures up to 250 °C. Structurally, SMART steam valves are excellent for long-term operation in an environment of hot and superheated water, compressed air and steam-water mixture.

Electromagnetic valves for steam are also used in hydraulic systems with a medium viscosity of no more than 20 cSt (oils, hydraulic fluid) and pneumatic equipment. Installation of the valve on a pipeline is flanged or threaded (coupled). The design of high-pressure steam solenoid valves uses special materials - heat-resistant PTFE (TEFLON) sealing rings, which makes operation more reliable. The winding of the solenoid coil is made of copper enamel wire of increased cross-section, which significantly extends the life of the solenoid valve when operating in difficult conditions.
