General specifications pressure sensors:
Climatic version - U3.1 (-30...+60°C).
Working environment temperature - -30°С...+60°С
Degree of protection according to GOST 14254 - IP54
The value of external leakage - no more than 20 cm3 / h
The resource of inclusions is at least 9 years.
It is preferable to install the sensor in a position where the membrane is in vertical position. With a different installation of the sensor, errors occur due to the influence of the mass of moving parts, which requires additional adjustment. It is also not recommended to place the sensor with the stuffing box up to prevent moisture and condensate from getting inside the sensor (the recommended position is with the stuffing box down).
Electrical wires are connected to the sensor contacts using clamping screws. For connection of wires it is recommended to use fork lugs in accordance with GOST 22002.3.
The design of the sensor allows the use of a cable with a diameter of no more than 10 mm.
Sensor-relays are designed for switching power not more than 300 VA (cos ?=0.6) at a voltage of 220 V for circuits alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz and 70 VA at a voltage of 24 V for direct current.

Pressure switches DRD are intended for use in systems for monitoring, controlling and regulating overpressure (pressure) and vacuum pressure (thrust) of gas burners, household heating installations and in technological pipeline systems for controlling the flow of natural, liquefied gas, air and other gaseous non-aggressive media.
Pressure switches DRD are used for operation in irregularly heated rooms in a temperate climate.
DRD pressure switches are designated:
DRD - X X X
1 - DRD - series designation
3 - Upper limit of pressure set point (mbar)
4 - Sensor version: H - for overpressure; T - for vacuum pressure
5 - Sensor setting type: A - to increase the measured pressure B - to decrease the measured pressure
Designation when ordering: Sensor-relay DRD-120 A TU RB 200020142.025-2000
Sensor parts are made of corrosion-resistant materials (aluminum, brass, plastic, oil and petrol resistant rubber). The membrane is made of rubberized fabric and can withstand pressure up to 2 kgf/cm2. The lower body is made of aluminum alloy The lid is made of durable plastic. The set pressure value is set using a screw with a scale. Electric drive connected with clamping screws.
The sensors are connected to the system using threaded (G1/4) holes A and B. In this case, if pressure is supplied through hole A, hole B is closed with a plug and vice versa. It is recommended to install the sensor in a position where the diaphragm is vertical (the sensor is factory set to operate in this position). If the sensor is installed differently, errors occur due to the influence of the mass of moving parts, which requires a different sensor setting.

Pressure switchesPressure switches DRD are produced to ensure control and regulation of excess pressure (pressure) of air or gas in ventilation and gas supply systems. DRD monitor the pressure indicator and, if the set values are reached, send appropriate signals to the automation and control system.
Sensors of the DRD series are designed for installation in control systems of industrial and domestic heating installations, gas burners, as well as in technological pipeline systems. DRD sensors provide flow control of liquefied or natural gas, air or other gaseous non-aggressive media.
If it is necessary to simultaneously control several parameters (for example, the upper and lower pressure limits), the sensors can be connected into blocks.
Housing parts for the DRD sensor are made of corrosion-resistant materials: high-strength plastic, non-ferrous metal alloys or oil and petrol resistant rubber. For the production of sensor membranes, rubberized fabric is used, which allows the membrane to withstand pressures up to 1.5 bar. The housing cover is made of transparent plastic.
The value of the sensor response pressure is set using a screw with a scale.
Electric wires are attached to the DRD sensors with contact clamping screws.

Schematic diagram of pressure switches of the DRD series
Pressure switches DRD are connected to the system using threaded (G1 / 4) holes A and B. In this case, if pressure is supplied through hole A, hole B is closed with plug 1 and vice versa.
It is recommended to mount the sensor in a position where the diaphragm is vertical, as the sensor is factory set to operate in this position. In the case of a different installation, the sensor has errors due to the influence of the mass of moving parts, which will require additional adjustment of the sensor using a reference pressure gauge.
