    Malfunctions of the Zhukovsky boiler AOGV-23 and their elimination

    1. By pressing the start button, it is not possible to ignite the igniter, the flame on the igniter goes out, breaks off

    Oxidation of the solder on the contacts at the junction of the electromagnet with the contact wire, weak pressing of the pins in the sockets - Unscrew the connector of the contact wire from the gas magnetic valve body, clean the contact with a needle file to a shine (remove the oxide film). Screw the fitting back into the housing. Remove the sockets from the pins, lightly crimp the sockets with pliers. Install the sockets on the pins. In order to avoid destruction of the soldering of the contacts of the electromagnet and the contact wire, do not tighten the wire fitting strongly when screwing it into the body of the gas magnetic valve.

    The thermosiphon heating system (or natural circulation system) does not require additional installation of pumps, and compensation for water losses occurs from the expansion tank. Waste products of gas combustion enter the chimney and are removed into the atmosphere.

    IMPORTANT! The AGV system allows you to install a pump to ensure forced circulation of water. Such a boiler will no longer be considered non-volatile, since electricity is required for the operation of the pump.

    The AGV-80 and AGV-120 devices were equipped with an automatic device that prevented the supply of energy carrier when a certain temperature was reached, when the burner wick spontaneously went out, the draft in the chimney decreased, or when the gas pressure in the main was reduced.

    When the coolant temperature drops, the automatic sensor is triggered, including the gas supply to the burner.

    New generation AGV devices are distinguished by a more efficient design, but all heat and water heating systems operate in the mode of a conventional gas boiler.
