Prepare the sauce. Wash and dry the greens. Place leaves, sour cream and melted cheese in a blender. If desired, add 2-3 more cranberries. Punch until smooth. Add sesame seeds and salt. If you wish, you can first fry the seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown, but this is not necessary.

Choose sweet or sour apple to taste. Peel it and grate it. Also chop the potatoes and crab sticks.

Line a deep bowl with cling film in a thick layer. Place food in it in layers - crab sticks, sauce, apple, sauce, potatoes. Invert the bowl onto a flat plate and carefully lift the bowl up.
